It is a week until the grand Kim Jong Un, oops I mean FFOTUS imperial parade.
(How could I conflate Kim Jong Un's parade with the FFOTUS one? - North Korea does a much better job of putting on mass tributes.)
Anyway, I do hope that DC Metro workers and Uber/Lyft drivers take a sick day off as many of the parade goers will be anti-vaxers with active, infectious Covid or Measles.
Don't forget that on the 14th you should arrive mid-day to your local Metro stop, park in the lot, and ride the Metro or DC busses non-stop all afternoon and early evening (the forced march begins at the Pentagon at 6:30pm.)
And perhaps try to help people out by posting notices in the Metro indicating that parade goers could avoid crowds by exiting at Mt. Vernon Square. And remember, if you are carrying a bag of groceries on the Metro, remember not to leave it on the train as that could trigger a security alert.
Oh, and do remember to wear your TA CO underpants for the mass Braveheart mooning at 7pm.
