I am not surprised that #Italy 🇮🇹, #France 🇫🇷 & #Germany 🇩🇪 have ignored or would ignore arrest warrants issued against heads of state (or other national leaders) by the International Criminal Court (aka ICC).

ICC has influence, but no political power.
Also, if the ICC targeted US soldiers, it would spark backlash in the #UnitedStates 🇺🇸, empowering foolish voices who want #America 🇺🇸 to exit #NATO.
