   Ok, trying to do the #Gnome OS summer challenge thingy… As a long time Linux user, but very much always swimming in the shallow end of the pool.

   So, here's my first real challenge: Wanting to run a git command to download the very nice Neuwaita icon theme from GitHub, but being told that git is not installed. When I search for git in Gnome Software there's a lot there, but not just git. Same thing if I run flatpak install git.

   So, what to do? Surely I don't need to install a GUI to get git?

     @razze Thanks! I see git is a part of that package, but two things: 1. I don't need all that other stuff, so would prefer to just find a simple way to just install git. 2. I still tried this way now, since you where so kind to point it out to me, but it was extremely slow! Had to cancel it for now, since I have to go sleep. I'll give it another shot tomorrow, I guess. Thanks again!

     @forteller I would guess the dev instructions from https://os.gnome.org/install to include that?

     sudo updatectl enable devel debug --now
