   Modern country is either hickhop with clap tracks, heavy bass drum in 4/4 and rap parts OR rehashes of old, beloved songs that are terrible.
   I heard two very awful and distasteful covers of old country songs out in public. One of them was Thank God I'm A Country Boy and the other was Heads Carolina, Tails California. These covers were so bad that it ruined the original song for me.
