AbolisyonistaFilipinos are missing the point with No Contact Apprehension. It's an automized AI cop, an entire system of surveillance and monitoring, not merely undue burdens or lack of due process. There is no such recognition of this significance. Cars are bad, drivers suck, but we have bigger problems.
