I am still working on weight loss.
Ate two pickled eggs and jalapenos, six olives, one mozzarella stick and four slices of salami.
Weighed in at 217 this morning, down from 250 Jan1.

Oh yeah I forgot I ate a meal yesterday so I ate an extra one to make up for it and still hit my protein target and then only just remembered that one that I didn't record today. Just entered it and BEHOLD, the mighty 300g of protein eaten in one day record :catnoearschew: never before reached by any mortal man (natty).
