     @kitten You can write that part fine in ASCII.
     I doubt even IBM uses the curse that's EBCDIC whenever networking is involved.

     @lanodan Even after Unicode was a thing, some channels would ban you for sending UTF-8 content. 🙂

     @loke Well I mean before unicode got everywhere, like roughly before ~2015
