   Dear Pleroma Users,

   I need your help to create a fair & balanced article comparing the #Akkoma fork vs. #Rebased fork of #Pleroma. I have almost no information on Akkoma if you may know advantages?

     @admin @p also, to help with a balanced view on Rebased vs Akkoma... I have set up and used both, and I can answer some things
     for me, Rebased seems a much more "professional" system. I mean this more in the way it looks, and so it is much more aligned with the expectation of a new user coming from, say, twit or FB, and looks good enough to help maintain a professional look of a brand.
     I don't mean that in such a way to Akkoma is worse, but Akkoma feels more "fun" and generally feels less restricted I.e. say what you want.
     both if these are fine ways of running a server, and one is not better than the other because of it, but it does mean they suit different use cases and ultimately can't easily be compared because of this.

     @admin @p yes... check my codeberg repo (or pinned post in bio), I am running Rebased in a podman (drop in replacement for docker) container. theoretically my setup scripts should work for docker too though
