@emmy amusingly, despite being called "dissociative", it mostly does the inverse of what we call psychological dissociation, at least in my experience (corroborated by a few others)

@66gardeners @emmy just like normally aware, I think. it works this way for me because it hurts significantly less to be in tune with reality (50/50 between "PTSD" and "chronic pain")
