      @RustyCrab @earthling @zero honestly they he added buffers for moods, the game became boring. before that, all effects were instant, e.g. if someone killed a dwarf's cat he could go berserk and kill everyone around him and then himself. with the new system he would get a delayed debuff and go drink or yell at someone

      @wertimer @RustyCrab @earthling @zero the first time i played it properly, without intentionally drowning the colony with magma or caving in the meeting hall, i didn’t know at all about clothes and my dwarves were practically naked for 30 years, wearing rags and whatever they scavenged from dead migrants
