     @Fash-E unfortunately it doesn't really matter at this point. India has already well and truly been internetized. This is only an improvement to their services.
     India's internet infrastructure is 2008 and Musk is bringing them 2020.
     
     If anything it might help shift them to more normienet activities since they'll be able to watch high quality Netflix, YouTube, and TikTok rather than their activities being constrained to mostly text-based social media. And why yes, I am on the copium, why do you ask?
