@void_toni@mstdn.party Always better than any train in Europe because we don't have rules like putting your phone on silent and requiring that people stay quiet.
Seriously I don't care about anything else like how soft the seat is or how bumpy the tracks are or whatever.
The best thing about trains here is that other peopl are actively trying not to be a fucking nuisance to each other. Why are we so uncivilised when it comes to shit like this? -

@void_toni@mstdn.party There is no quiet zone in Japan because every space is the quiet zone. Every train car literally has stickers on the inside to remind people to not talk on their fucking phone.
