Trans people, for example, are a tiny group of people whose medical needs are inexpensive and easily served as an adjunct to cis people's healthcare, the science backs up our identities and our participation in gendered spaces and activities, our presence is not disruptive in any way, and for the most part, we go largely unnoticed by the rest of society.
"Gets to be fully human" is the crux of the problem, in part because it would also require validating the humanity and equality of cis women.
