Market share is almost certainly paid.
Where I worked appeared to be an all Windows network unless you knew about all the special services.
The Oracle databases ran on Red Hat EL. Services like facsimile servers and the earliest IM servers were also on Unixlike operating systems.
Windows was pretty much just AD + file & print.

Yeah, I've never *seen* an all-Windows network. Big enough companies and you stop seeing all-Linux because ActiveDirectory is designed to provide checkbox-compliance for "enterprise" businesses.
