   recently I got internally shuffled to a team that does "scrum"
   I'm doing the tasks assigned to me in 1-2 days and wondering what I should be doing for the rest of the 2 weeks
   I really don't get why companies adopt this meme workflow

     Isn't there supposed to be all sorts of dailies, retros and even some cum master to make the work amount just right?
