Trump is playing chicken with the #SCOTUS.
A reason why the Trump admin is fighting hard on this procedural injunction issue is bc it recognizes -likely lose on the substantive issue. So if you play out the game theory here,🚨if they win on the nationwide injunction issue -virtually impossible for ppl to actually have their const #rights vindicated.
What Trump/others around him: are trying to do is bluff the court into not issuing a crystal clear order.
