   in case you are wondering or worrying: no, i dont have cancer, but i have bcra1 gene, which raises the risk of me getting cancer. the seminar was for people, who have either bcra1/bcra2 or lynch syndrome

     @pmj@social.pmj.rocks mama hatte krebs und durch ihre familienanamnese wurde der verdacht erhöht, dass da was genetisches sein könnte. sie hat sich dann testen lassen und war positiv auf bcra1. daraufhin haben meine geschwister und ich den test auch gemacht. und von uns geschwistern bin war ich als einziger auch positiv

     @pmj@social.pmj.rocks ist halt ein screening, das specifisch nach dem gen guckt. bei einem generellen screening fällt das nicht auf, weil nicht darauf geguckt wird

     es benötigt also anfangsverdacht, man kann nicht einfach so ein generelles gen-screening machen
