     actual bleak:
     * German schools don't not teach students how to stretch, not even what fasciae are
     * normie guys play soccer and break their knees until they hit 30, making it hard to exercise
     * many women over 30 with kids and job don't exercise at all
     * missing exercise and stretching leads to people having all kinds of physical issues
     * health system prescribes physical therapy once a week or something. for most folks going there it's their only physical exercise. meaning they _never_ get any better
