I've been logging the rate at which people have been signing the EU initiative today. deeply impressive mobilisation.

1. Plot of signatures per minute between 12:00 and 17:30 UTC today. It averages at about 400 for the first half, begins to dip around 14:10 as the 1 million signature mark is reached, then rockets up to 520 by 15:00 when Sweden reaches the threshold and France reaches 1000% of their threshold. The rate levels back out to 400 again with a slight downward slope.
