   It’s taken way too long but nowadays there’s a stigma to smoking. Films where people are smoking feel outdated, in particular when it’s indoors or in certain places. Can you believe smoking was allowed on airplanes?

   I want the same to happen to ICE cars, and honestly beyond that to the prevalence of cars in general.

   It feels insane how much we’ve let them shape our lives. Can’t happen fast enough.

     I think you’re right about cigarettes: it occurs to me that the Cool Smoker cliché is heading the same way that the Funny Drunk ended up going 30 or 40 years ago.
