     @SK1ZM What you could do in the mean time is join the PMA and stay in the know about the various communities being built. There is a very comprehensive TG group set up for all thing RTTL.

     That sounds good but I used to do construction in the South during the summer, when I was a teenager. Doing that in my 40s might kill me. I'll just wait for the pnw community when I'll have enough money saved to even buy a plot.

     @SK1ZM I assumed you were younger :P I know of a pnw community in the exploration phase. right now community 1 plots are about 5k/acre. There is one for 33k that comes with septic and water
