     I love the rain, but I don't like flooding... i need water management (think French drains, dedicated dry river beds, etc) before I am happy with earth replenishing floods

     Hubby is talking about building a new house... but that could take a decade or two. So this is the summer that I learn how to use a backhoe and lay rocks!
