   "The first flight of Afrikaner migrants arrives from South Africa at Dulles tomorrow morning.

   The State Dept is holding a presser at 1PM. Reporters must be at Door 1 in the Departure Area at 12:15.

   Protesters were not given a permit, but are expected to turn up anyway."
