   Libtard family member is really annoying because they keep bringing up politics and everybody is too nice to give their real opinion because we don't want to piss them off. If I rightfully corrected them, my wife would get mad at me for being confrontational. Annoying.

     @freemayonnaise @VIcFury There are hundreds of days of the year where I will gladly counter the nonsense. I do not need to be Billy badass on Mother's Day. My wife did not "tell me" to "not make a scene", and she would never do that. I do not have to justify *tact* to you or anyone else. If you don't understand basic decorum, that's a you problem (skill issue).

     Men are supposed to wear the pants. You're just making excuses why you won't assert yourself in social situations because you're afraid of something and that something sounds like your wife.
     
     A man's role is literally to call bullshit on women's hysterical and irrational bullshit as driven by their greater propensity for trait neuroticism due to biological dimorphism and monthly hormone cycles.
     
     In a small but immense agregate way, "keeping your quiet" is what's behind most of the problems we see as a result of women dominating social spaces with all their Marxist bullshit.
     
     You might have shit male friends who won't back you when challenged in these situations as well, which makes it all the worse.
