   This is not only an unconstitutional bribe it is a mountainous waste of money.

   Boeing is already well along at converting two existing 747-s to be new flying royal barges.

   There is no reason to think that this airplane could be converted any more quickly - and the cost would be duplicative of what is already being paid to duplicative.

   By-the-way, the 747's that what we call Air Force One is really *TWO* essentially identical aircraft, not one.

   And can you image how garish this bribe will be - enough gold to sink a Titanic.
