     I wish people would get this rhetoric out of their head, instances are just gateways to the fediverse. I run a general purpose node, it is not meant for a specific demographic. Instances should not be oriented to one specific community, that is encouraging people to constantly look at the local timeline and nothing more.

     @nyanide @janerationx its ok though. if u get a bunch of people together it becomes more of like a public groupchat at a certain point. chedi works great for that
