   I am thinking of getting one of these. It is a solar dehydrator - ie you hang it in the sun, it protects the food from dust, insects, birds and possums (presumably) and the sun dries the product in no time.

   The dehydrator (electric) that I use does not consume much power, and has heat control for different items. But I like the idea of harnessing the sun's power. I'd have to bring it in at night, unless its a warm night.

   What do you reckon? Thoughts?
