    Mass-murderer, wanted international war criminal #Putin didn't accept the 30-day unconditional ceasefire.

    Instead, he says he wants to negotiate from Wednesday 15th May, two days after the deadline imposed by the Coalition of the Willing. Presumably his plan is to drag the negotiations and continue russians' #war because russian orcs are addicted to murder, torture, rape and lies.

    The russians continue with their retarded orc games and think we're all stupid.
