I’m sorry but can I anonymously vent?

Again, I’m sorry because I can’t say anything. No names or specific information. But the other day I had d*ge literally over my shoulder watching me work. They were really happy to be there and really happy to discuss all the things they plan to do that will actually make my department inefficient. I was so blindsided that I didn’t have the opportunity to process everything until the next day and then it was everything I could do to get any work done. It just killed what was left of my spirit to listen to all of them eagerly discuss their plans. All I could think about was how those same people have been telling the public that we’re lazy and stealing from taxpayers. How they want to traumatize us and make us feel worthless. And then suddenly they’re at my desk like they’re on a fucking field trip?? Laughing?? Laughing and talking about how great it will be when they fucking know we’re all losing our jobs?? Man, it legit broke me. I think I’ve handled this pretty well considering. But that broke me.
