  @jeffjarvis The thing that's a risk of escaping human control isn't "AGI" or even intelligent. It's capitalism/corporatism/fascism, and it's completely unintelligent but comprised of incentives that demand it grow and self perpetuate, and it arguably already has escaped. The lie of "AI" or "AGI" is just one aspect of that.
