   @Rhube If it's possibly long COVID induced, the only treatment I've heard actual reports of success with is monoclonal antibodies.

     #MECFS has anyone tried ashwagandha or astragali radix to help with fatigue and brain fog?

     I feel like it's so easy to get taken in by snake oil when there are no approved treatments, but also the fatigue is so overwhelming.
