Well it turns out I'm allergic to ash, birch, cats, ceder, citrus, corn, cottonwood, dogs, elm, hickey, juniper, maple, oak, pecan, pine, rapeseed (canola), sesame, soy, sunflower, sycamore, wheat, and willow.
No need to start on prescription allergy medication since the Zyrtec is working well but I need to avoid foods that I'm allergic to because it's causing inflammation and damage to my gut.
I was also advised to avoid foods with "natural flavors" as that can be stuff I'm allergic to as well.
This does actually explain a lot and some of these things I kind of suspected I was allergic to and is what prompted me to get the test in the first place but a lot of these were a surprise.
The last week has been horrible because I had to stop taking Zyrtec for the allergy test. Now my back is on fire so I'm and to pop 2 Zyrtecs and take a shower.
