      @sun Funny, I usually enable game mode by default on my TVs and disable all the processing, regardless of source.
      I'm guessing the hotels just leave their TVs on the factory defaults and hook the usual closed-circuit hospitality gubbins on there.
      I recall during the SDTV era there was a hospitality gateway that mixed specific channels in with the signal of the room's client box, each box modulating on a channel too.
      The only thing stopping you from removing the Lodgenet client from the TV was a coaxial lock.
