     @jerry @gollyhatch If we look back two years, the big headlines were that OPEC and Russia agreed to cut production, which would benefit Russia. It's interesting that OPEC is reversing that now.

     Back in November, VoA claimed that Ukrainian intelligence claimed that Russia was covertly exceeding its agreed quotas.
