   Scrutiny? There is literally a clause in the Constitution forbidding such things. 🤦♂️

     @LoranJohn scotus was way out of bounds on that declaration…but yes, they think they have final say on what a potus can and cannot do.

     History, however, tells us that in all civilizations, and especially in the US, the people have final, brutal authority. We are all taught the country started with us taking pot shots at one of the most powerful empire’s on earth’s soldiers over a tariff on our breakfast beverage. This scotus has forgotten what country they’re in.
