This is a big part of why Americans are so fat compared to Europeans, people need to GO OUTSIDE
(this is also surprising but confirms my bias as to how I'm able to get so tanned in just a couple of years of doing things outside daily despite living in the northernmost part of the American map)-

@GoodBoyUV redpill me on tanning. I burn easily and I know sunburned directly relates to looking older and more leathery, but I also have no clue about the health hazards of slathering sunblock on because I'm really not sure what it's made of.
