   You may have heard about this one but you should really hear the local news report on it. 20 armed men busted in, never identified themselves, they stole everything in the home plus all the family's money, and now the family has no idea which agency to appeal to (or to sue). Who's to say this wasn't just a break-in and armed robbery?
