     Ha-ha! No, I'm genuinely Russian — not proud, but I am what I am.
     I don't mind the metric system, it's good, but… when it comes to dozens of eggs, pints of beer — I'm not against the imperial system either 😜

     @m0xEE @ned i keep buying our groceries through costco and they are a bit slower than everyone else to react to price shocks etc.
     
     some of it might just be if you're already sourcing expensive chicken then the conditions don't change very much. lowest-price goods are kinda sensitive to a lot of variation.
