   This was the very terminology in the quoted post.

   I very much like “replace” as a term in many, many situations where we’re going at a good goal in a terrible way — using police for public safety, for example — but, per Noah’s post, I think in •this• case the important message is that ICE is a serving a terrible purpose that •nothing• should be pursuing.

     @nberlat.bsky.social @inthehands How about "replace ICE"? As with "REfund the police," it would be a slogan unclear enough to prompt conversation, rather than one allowing everyone to construe it in a way that best reinforces their prejudices.
