I never found their platform for any useful language learning. Pimsleur is the gold standard for conversational learning for me. You can get their dvds at the library, or *wherever you get things*

thanks for the pimsleur shout out. duolingo isn't cutting it for my daughters japanese aspirations and finding a local tutor in kentucky is daunting.

@sashin people have used it to achieve a fairly high level of speaking and understanding. it's probably the best thing you can do on your own without going into an intensive immersion program.

@sashin you can also see if your library gives you access to mango languages. That’s pretty good also
