     @p @RedTechEngineer @j as an old man with bad joints and persistent rmi for the last 10 years i can say its best to immobilize as long as you can. reduce inflammation. movements should be restricted to tendon and nerve release/stretching exercises. if you need some ill send you my p/t protocol.
     
     hope you feel better. typing with one hand is rough. hard to play chess or exercise the donger
