     @Tony I spent three hours cleaning paint off a floor that our lovely painter (the cheapest one around) spilled on a kitchen floor and just left there, like it wasn't his problem. On the bright side, I made 150 bucks.

     @Tony I've been doing jobs for a local property management company that are too shitty for the big boys to go do. Literally have tightened like 3 toilet seats for hapless renters who could have just reached down and tightened it. 50 dollar service fee and 10 bucks of labor per though, so I can't complain. Landlords ought to get better tenants.

     That's basically what i do honestly. Its shitty work but the pay isn't horrible.

     @Tony Oh yeah, and they're always late to appointments. I just start the clock at the appointment time, and they get there when they get there. One lady was 40 minutes late and I was late to my real job (they're chill so it was cool).

     Yah, sounds pretty standard. I was told the resident was moving out today at 12pm. it's now 1pm and they are still there.
