From my experience, there are way too many anticapitalist spaces that collapse pretty quickly because they allow a replication of common power imbalances - for example, they quickly become dominated by white cishet men and more marginalised voices are shut out. I'm not saying it's intentional every time, it's just something too many groups are allowing to happen at launch.

Oh and even more sad in some ways is the fact that when these groups collapse because the same old types dominate the groups and settle into roles of responsibility and/or "leadership," those types shake their heads at folks not contributing enough to keep it going. They don't even recognise the comically tragic irony.
