     I'm not wholly convinced that men like this believe anything they say, but rather that they say such things because they are narcissists with a penchant for sadomasochism.

     The major drawback to any fetish is its addictive nature, which makes scenarios that lack the fetish object or expression dull, "vanilla," meaningless.

     "Being barred from expressing my fetish around unwilling women is like a literal holocaust" is the screeching of a man who is otherwise impotent.
     If his only source of arousal comes from causing discomfort to others, and he is told he can't have that any longer, he is doomed to flaccidity - which is to say, a kind of death.

     Imagine the impotent rage of men who've had years of thrills of exhibitionism, voyeurism, masochism, and sadism all rolled in one being told they have to stop abusing the public.
