i will have to apply for jobs soon, HR is pretty much always women, so putting this into consideration i made some important notes for my approach, i will be focusing on my strengths:
- make my professional skills list way too wordy and difficult for a woman to read so she immedietly doesn't read it and doesn't figure out i am middle of the road
- make sure to scale up my picture in my resume
- put the fact that i do singing and firefighting into my list of hobbies
- in the application also mention that i am single, and i really really love Older Office ladies completely randomly

i think this will improve my chances, what do you think?
