   Things We Saw In Prison Part 2:

   So, this is the kitchen, and y'all, it is a middle room, and it was DARK. We had to get a high powered flashlight. The weird thing about the whole thing is they left basically everything. Some of it is worth a lot of money, why wouldn't they, at least, auction it off.

   If anyone knows what the round thing is, let me know.

     As deeply uncool as I am for using AI, I think Chatty P may have nailed it:

     “That object is an industrial-sized steam kettle mixer, more specifically the gear assembly and turn wheel for tilting the kettle.

     These were common in institutional kitchens like prisons, hospitals, and schools.

     Given the state of the item, it looks like the kettle is missing but the support and mechanism remain. This would have been used to prepare soups, stews, or sauces in large quantities.”
