@bajax The issue with that is you are still buying transport from the big ones. And when the big ones suck, everything downstream from them suck. It's not easy to call the actual cabling owner (CETIN, not an ISP) and ask them if you can get a line to their infra and be an ISP.

Imagine if Cloudflare or Hurricane Electric sucked reliability wise. That's basically what you get here. Fast transport that randomly decides to kick the bucket. At time X Google loads instantly and at time x+5 minutes Google takes 10+ seconds to load.
