     @ryanc I regularly see old(ish) pictures of people in the google environment and it seems these date back to Google+ (which is exactly zero use to you as Google+ is gone, therefore there is no UI to access a Google+ profile).

     All I can say is that I can update the google picture at https://myaccount.google.com/
