   An #airport just required me to give them an email in order to use their wifi, and I entered "user@0.0.0.0". We'll see how that goes for them....

   The TOS had said they could use the email for marketing :/

   (Yes, I thought about doing something along the lines of "root@localhost", but I was nice to them instead :) )

     @golemwire I always like using 'uce@ftc.gov'. The FTC used to actually monitor that one for a while in the 90s — you'd forward them Unsolicited Commercial Email aka spam and they'd (theoretically) take action.

     @ossobuffo Yeah, I searched the FTC site and, at a glance, it doesn't look like they've said anything about it in the past 20 years.
