     @georgetakei And this is why, even free, I refused to touch Hogwarts and have indeed banned it from my Playstation under threat of revoking my roommates' permission to use my console if they download JK Rowling Content to it.

     @drs1969@mstdn.social @georgetakei She is also awfully misogynistic, often reducing women to our genitals and arguing that we are inherently inferior to men. She's also been a cheerleader for transphobic mens' rights activists and conservative organizations.

     Having been a victim at some point isn't a get out of jail free card that lets you victimize others.

     @georgetakei With respect, I think that's nonsense. Sorry, but she is not. One, she's a victim of sexual assault, whilst he's been accused of doing just that on multiple occasions.

     His views are horrifically mysogenistic, bigotted, and generally appalling all round.

     She is firmly in the wrong in my view about trans people and their grouping. But I don't think her views and his are aligned in any way. The above attack is not going to persuade people that her views are wrong.
